Darian started on a positive note with his polite call informing on his availability and my options which were to go beyond our scheduled window or reschedule. I opted to open the window and he arrived as promised. He did a thorough job on the inspection and he stayed late to give detailed responses to all my questions about the service and the current state of the AC. He explained the potential issues with our older system and walked me through how heat pumps work and the impact they would have in our home. He's very knowledgeable on the systems, both our current one and the potential upgrade to a heat pump. I've been a customer for about 10 years and have never been disappointed with the personnel or the service. I would give 6 stars if I could and highly recommend them.

I’ve been a Just Right customer for over 5 years because I like their no pressure laidback technicians. During past maintenance appointments we’ve talked about kids, homes, favorite restaurants and life in general. But the last visit was much different. The technician asks me health questions like “Are you experiencing dry mouth or throat? Is your skin feeling dry?” So I’m thinking maybe he wants to refer me to a dermatologist or an ear nose and throat doctor. But alas, he wants me to purchase a humidifier. He comes back a few minutes later and says that he found dust in my furnace (what a shock! Dust in Utah!) So I’m thinking maybe he probably cleaned it out or something. But alas, he wants (pressures) me to pay $400 to clean it out, and $2500 to install an air purifier. So what exactly am I paying for when he comes out for a maintenance appointment? My doctor charges less to diagnose my health issues (and he’s actually qualified to do so). Maybe I should hire my doctor to look at my HVAC system twice a year too.

My existing AprilAire humidifier was old and not working. The service technician recommended replacing with a new AprilAire 700. The tech did a professional and very neat installation. However the humidity in my house did not change at all. I waited a few days and called to report no change in the humidity. The tech came out and changed the settings. Now one week later there has been no change in the humidity. I even purchased a second humidistat and placed it far from my thermostat to see if there were different readings. No such luck. So far I am very disappointed

Not enough can be said about your team from start to finish. My furnace went out on the weekend and they promptly sent out a technician to diagnose the problem. It was dead after 21 years of faithful service. He called for a representative to come over that day (Sunday) to set me up with a replacement. Before he left he brought in 4 space heaters to get me through. He faced problems right away as there were no furnaces in the size that I needed in town. The closes one was in Denver and the winter storm watch was at my door. Well, to make a long story short he got me a replacement and had it installed Tuesday but before the storm hit Monday night he came up with more heaters to help out. Who does that? Only a company that takes care of their customers! The install team of Daniel and Todd was a true dream team! They introduced themselves and quietly went to work. They were respectful and professional. In no time in was in and running. Daniel showed me the furnace and explained it all including the filter. After going over the paperwork including the fact that they paid for the permit to have a city inspector come out to make sure that all was up to code and done right, they cleaned up their work, turned off all the lights and quietly left. I am telling you that this is one darn fine company and I will continue to use them and sing their praise! Thanks Just Right for a job well done.

We had a new furnace unit installed, and we are so happy to have chosen Just Right! The installation team (Trey Kirkpatrick and Semisi Latu) was wonderful, they arrived on time and were extremely professional. They went well above what might be expected, and did a bunch of cleanup of our furnace area (removing old equipment, changing some pipes, etc.) for no extra cost. The technicians were skilled as well as professional. Overall, it was a great experience!
