They did a great job! They figured out the problem right away and fixed it professionally and quickly!
Price seemed quite high considering the cost of the valve and pump. With that said, Bill was extremely knowledgeable and had a "can do" attitude. His assistant, Quentin was also helpful and had a few good tips too.
I met Bill at a local C store where he was buying lunch and he was nice enough to talk during his lunch hour about products and services. Calls and emails were returned promptly, the work was done right on time, the whole area was left clean. I would be happy to call again
Had a valve replacement. Took 20 minutes. Bill was very professional and helpful.
Years ago we purchased our furnace & a/c unit from them and they have serviced both units annually ever since. We've also used the Plumber services a couple of times too which has been great. This team has been great to work with and has excelled at everything they have done for us. They've been extremely flexible in scheduling services to fit our needs and their pricing has been very fair and competitive. Most importantly, the company's staff are extremely responsive, helpful and trustworthy. They take the time to explain what's needed in a concise manner. You can count on them to get the work done correctly, the first time and to clean up after themselves before they leave.
Great job...clean, efficient and helpful.
Bill was courteous, professional and cleaned up after he was done. He did a great job!
Bill quickly and expertly corrected an issue with the bathroom sink drain after we had installed a new vanity top. He reconfigured the drain pipe to relocate the vent and accomodate the new p-trap alignment to conform to the new sink's dimensions. Throughout the process, Bill explained everything he was doing.. He was personable, efficient and had the job done in a short period of time. Cost of the job was within $20 of what I had expected. I would recommend Parker Services to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC help.
Prompt service knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
Needed some new valves installed under the kitchen sink, and a new garbage disposal installed. Bill did both and did a very good job at the price he had quoted. Beyond the installation, Bill also gave me good advice on other plumbing matters, such as how to keep my drain pipes clog free. Enjoyed his work, insights and manners.
This company is great. They do everything right the first time, no hidden charges. I would not hesitate to use Parker heating and air in the future.
Short version. I had a gas leak in my basement. Fire department called xcel. Xcel came out and locked my meter and wrote up specific instructions for my repair. To which we had gotten some estimates to fix and was in shock of the price. At the time Bill arrived i was at work and my wife let him in. Bill looked at the situation and the write up from xcel and realized xcel was wrong. By code these things are not required. Bill could have just quoted us the cost to fix it like others did, but he didnt. Instead he called xcel directly to overturn what was instructed. That didnt work so he called the citys building inspector explained the situation and got approval from the city to overturn xcell written instructions. They pulled the required permits. Bill made the necessary repairs and testing. Got the city building inspector to come out and test his work. He made the called to get xcel out to unlock the meterand turn on service. Even after Bill went on to his next job he followed up to make sure xcel did respond and turn gas back on. He really took ownership of our problem and handled everything. So thankful for his efforts and the very large cost savings from what other companies quoted to do the none required work. Bill said just seemed like ethical thing to do. Thanks Bill!
