Family-owned and operated business servicing all of northwest Illinois since 1974. We offer residential and commercial services in heating/cooling systems. We install new high-efficiency systems along with gas/wood fireplaces, whole house generators, humidifier systems, and various air filtration products. We also have a robust maintenance agreement program to ensure proper annual maintenance and prevent breakdowns. For over 25 years we have provided professional air duct cleaning services to our customers to improve their indoor air quality. Our service department repairs come now with standard 2-year parts and 1-year labor warranties whereas most companies give you only 30-60 days labor and one year part warranty. We strive to give you the prompt and professional service that you deserve.

Joel did a great job. He invited me to stay and watch him. I did and he explained what he was doing and why. this was a great learning experience for me. The problem I had was with the office. I had an appointment for 8 to 9 AM. At 9:15 no one had called to tell me they would be late. I called them and asked where they were and why they did not call that they would be late. I got no answer.
